It's in anyone interested, if you wanted to release something, why don't you just make threads in one of the release sections? And by unverified I meant low quality section, which is described as follows:
"This forum is for rips that did not come from a DVD source, including vhs-rips, cam rips or screeners. VCD screeners also go in this section. Unverified releases also go in this section."
