I was thinking the same some time ago when I couldn't find that thread where he shared his dream about directing an incest rape movie with brother-on-mother-on-sister-on-father-on-something and with 3 guys on 1 girl or some such. joined 01 Jul 2003 :D been a long time since i was here last though i kinda gave up on the mule and mainly use torrents now on various sites,but i may well be back to chat more rubbish to get up my post count as i don't like being 16th i used to be 13th which is a far more suitable number :mrgreen: i still lurk over the sci-fi site though so please forgive me horror fiends :jesus:

Hello Bassline, long time no chat.

I too mostly grab torrents now, but still hang around here intimidating the n00bs.

Oh and I recently got upgraded to the first of the four horsemen of the apocalypse, nice job and it has a health benefits package to die for.

Sorry, but bittorrent is a natural extension to edonkey. Simply because when you are using long enough edonkey you have more or less all the old stuff you want or need. However, for new stuff bittorrent is better. Usually much faster.

:lol: a service that started so good but died a horrible death shortly after....i'm with ukfsn now a very good rock solid isp imo and a fair enough usage allowance for heavy users :D

or newsgroups, which pretty much replaces torrent (and the added bonus of no upload means it doesn't affect mule) :)

You know a free server, which has all the binary stuff? I'd pay when there is no other way to get the stuff I like. Currently I have no problems, so newsgroups are not yet interesting for me.

Why would i use a free one when i've got a pay one? :)

Many isps have free ones, don't know there completition rates. My old isp had one, so when i switched it wasn't an option to drop them :)

I still use the mule, fantastic for music and older/rarer stuff. The main reason I use torrents is because the family like the newer mainstream stuff and torrents absolutely destroy the mule for speed if the stuff is new.

there i was. walking down the street after having a wonderfull time at the opticians, while minding my own business when out of nowhere this lady walks up to me and says,'Hey baby, suck you off for 20$'

that's really the last thing i remember when i woke up in the hospital, well besides the flury of tiny little philipino hooker fists whomping my ass.

I still didn't get my money. maybe she'll mail it to me. But now that i'm out of traction and have partial use of my arms i can type again.
