Yes, it is quite simple. We each use the funds to create a poltical party in our home country.
We then (ab)use our power as Horsemen to guarantee victory and then we are set.
Once elected we basically change all laws a and when we see fit. Everyone must bow before us or perish. Everyone must donate a mere 92% of all earnings to our cause.
