A typical frustration for any Dutchman not from the Holland part of the country

Oh, and monkeysmasher: the way you see it, should be taught in highschool in the US. It would make things go round so much better.

monkeysmasher often does make huge sense. In a very obtuse way he is a genius, and I mean a proper genius, not one of those snot faced punk arse kids at the top universities.

Those young ones tend to negate any mental advantage they may have with over confidence and arrogance. Then they get swallowed up by the world and become just another cog in the gears, never to be anything special, make a difference or even get close to achieving their full potential.

Not like us sly old dogs, we manage to integrate just enough to fit in, but maintain our individuality and hence our genius.

In other words, and I have said it before,

WE FUCKING RULE. :moon:

Hell yeah the world should worship us.

Oh and please mind the zipper, that really does fucking hurt. Luckily not something that has happened in a long time.

I think our little friend with the weird spelling is gone forever. A shame, I'd really like to see more of his BS and laugh about it.

Damn, he was a most amusing interlude in my trip through this dimension.

I hope he comes back soon, I wanna show him my Stargate, I just added a complete command centre inside a full sized Cheyenne mountain complex.

I made it with bog rolls, cereal boxes and blue tack.

And what is so special about that? Every second Stargate fanboy does something like that.

Yes, but mine actually works. I got the swooshy shit and everything.

Why, only this morning I inadvertently decapitated my neighbour when he stood too close to the forming event horizon.

All is good though, he was a Jehovah Witness so it didn't really count.

The only real drawback is I had to knock some of the interior walls down to fit the bloody thing in, stupid wife seems to think the bedroom is important. I tried telling her I need to save the known universe on a weekly basis, but she is insistent that sex is more important.

I may have to divorce this one too.

Am I crazy? Just a little bit, it helps me out.

I tend to be pretty easy going about religion, but Jehovah Witnesses irritate the hell out of me because they never shut up preaching to me. I might aswell have 666 on my forehead they way they treat me.

I fucking hope not.

Although, after I was christened my parents said my forehead blistered quite badly. Obviously some allergic reaction to Holy water.

What could that mean?

I made a stargate, too.
I made it out of ergot mold rye and a bottle of nyquil.
blastin' thru space without even leaving the room.
(do not try this at home)

and in regards to jehovahs witness'ess, the trick is to be enthusiastic. and I mean REALLY enthusiastic. read thier watchtower before hand, look up thier various beleifs on the web, so you are prepared to debate them in-depth and actually know more about thier beliefs then them. 12 tribes -check- 144,000 people only in heaven -check- lesser rewards for the non-144,000 -check- like purgatory!
Insist they un-do any previous religious practices that you may have aquired from other denominations
'I want to be un-babtised, un-circumsiced, etc'
be insistant.
then make them pray with you- begging god to take all the homosexuall thoughts away/annihalate the infidels (like the Shriners/Amish and Presbetarians) in a rain of fire.
by the time the 'stargate' you slipped them kicks in, they'll believe anything.

Apologies in advance to Dxa and monkeysmasher, but does anyone remember the Mary Whitehouse Experience (90's UK comedy) sketch where they said that the Americans who come to the Tower of London and say things like "gee, can you tell me what time they change the ravens" are the most cosmopolitan people the country has to offer?

I think it may have been on the radio show that pre-dated the TV show.
