Going for a little mini rant here, I'm sure everyone in the UK knows about these places, I'm talking about the Record and Tape exchange, Computer exchange and game/dvd stores.
I hate the way they gouge you on prices, they know you need the money and the prices are sooooo low. 20p for a DVD that they sell for £2. I work at Blockbuster, our prices are so bad, a worker was trading in a game for £1.20, I bought it off him for £1.50 and found out today I can sell it to computer exchnage for £6, who then will sell it for £15.... WHAT THE FUCK? £9 profit for storing something....
Bought some vinyl from the record exchange £11, the week later I traded it in...£2 cash....WHHHHATTT!
I hate these places, but hate more to admit sometimes I need them...
oh ps. Dont get me started on buying from these places, below bad condition, terrible!!

I think they have those everywhere. They seriously make me hate life. Just fucking rip off the buyers, and rip off the sellers. If we cant get a god damn decent price of something used, then how the fuck are we expected not to use P2P to get the crap we need? No one would rather pay those fucking loan sharks.

Well, I have a second hand store in the neighbourhood. They sell new and used CDs and DVDs. Today I went there again and bought some very nice movies, for example Schramm for 4 Euros, Phenomena for 4 Euros and Slash for 3 Euros.
Movies like Schramm are very hard to get, especially for that price! Movies like Slash and The Breed wouldn't be in my collection if they weren't so cheap at that store.

computer exchange is a truely pathetic store, its over priced, badly organised and just not a good shop.
It's run by idiots that seem incapable of serving people
The only shop i know that "ran out of money" so couldn't buy goods until people paid with cash
Poor quality second hand goods
Hugely over the top prices
The shop's stick of shit and are overcrowded (chavs)
TERRIBLE music plays out loud
I wouldn't choose to use that shop.

Computer exchange, pfft, I'm not sure if they are trying to be "underground" or "cool" but poor serivce/being shitty and smelly doesn't mean they are either. You wait for ages to be served, the staff have no respect, they talk to each other chatting shit while you wait. Price are stupid.
I hate the way they put massive price stickers with barcodes on everything, even card boxes, that you know is going to take half the cover off when you remove it.
If you never used one count yourself lucky!

Jack, a friend of mine got fired from Blockbuster for buying something that someone brought in to trade. Obviously, its only a job at Blockbuster, but be careful.
To remove those stickers, you should use a heatgun or hair dryer to heat it and melt the glue. If you slowly peel back as you go, it should come off nicely.

Well I bought the game off a member of staff so I think it's cool. All the staff are real cool except, and I know it's a cliche, the manager. I only ever bought a game of one customer, he traded in 25 PS2 games and got £11, there was one I really wanted that he would get 50p for so I thought fuck it, I'm not going to let him trade it cause then I'll have to pay £3.99. Fucking blockbuster!
I use lighter fluid on a cotten bud to get stickers off, but when they are card it sucks, hair dryer is a good idea!
