This was a shot-on-video compilation tape starring Cameron Mitchell as a crazed video store clerk who showed customers clips from various gory horror movies from the tape's distributor (Continental Video, if I recall). It included scenes from (off the top of my head): Nightmare City, The Slayer, Nightmare, Blood Feast, 2000 Maniacs, Scalps, and many more. Amazingly I once gave away my VHS copy; I'd love to see it again now for the '80s splatter nostalgia.

So i guess this never came about?

I may pick it up for shits and giggles, I'm ordering a big load of hopefully rare stuff, stuff not on commercial retail dvd or available on p2p nets.

Dead donkey makes the narrower of those choices easier ;) :D thanks guys!

Hopefully some crappers you'll like... if you can live with DVDR>xvid

Still looking for this. Here's a review, also includes the cover art so maybe (hopefully) it'll jog someone's memory and they'll find it in their old VHS collection...

I had an original one of the Continental Video big box tapes that I bought from a store that closed down, but I sold it on Amazon a few years ago. Didn't make a dub of it. D'oh!
