Good news: I found it.
Bad news: It's a different rip, and as you'll see it's not a very good rip either. VLC had to repair the file as well because it said it was broken (it played fine after VLC had fixed it). It was just named something like 'Killer Tattoo.avi' when I got it, and I can't remember where I got it from, but anyway, here's the specs and a few screenies from the rip...
