Friend of mine has lent me his Star Wars box set, dont have a duel layer dvd burner so i think what i'll do is rip them into nice 2cd size rips with gknot.
Problem is the forced subs in ROTJ, tried to use gknot to rip the subs but i get as far as choosing directry to save then nothing :? , so i get out robot4rip out and rip subs np, back to gknot , hit the resync button, load the idx to find the forced streams but there arn't any :o
I re rip all the subs on the disc and still nothing. I know they wont just show up as i ripped it the night before last and only remembered when watching back
:beerchug: in advance

you need to rip in ifo mode, then load in the ifo to Vobsub, it will either be the first or second "English". Should be just like any other subtitle rip.

its very odd, i would suggest you've perhaps ripped the wrong english track, but it shouldn't be empty though.

Well, if you don't hava a dual layer dvd burner, but have a single layer dvd burner, use dvdshrink and compress the dvdv to a 4'7 Gb size

bicho thanks but no thanks i think even an amatuer like me could make a better q rip than a dvdshrink copy but thanx anyway
