It depends also how skilled you are.......
divx5 nearly drives itself, especially when you pick a profile BUT don't do that - It does a poor job of motion compensation then....
Xvid really still is a tricky bitch....and if the source is a bit blurry (ie vhs) DON'T use it...
Yeah I could give you a link for xvid 'newbie settings'...but the results really are not much better than divx.....for that to achieve you need to dig in xvid's advandced settings.....
yes xvid is better .....if you know how....
