oh dear. This is a problem that's been with ed2k all its lifespan.
Basically you were writing to the part.met when your computer crashed.
First thing,
DO NOT keep opening and closing emule. Emule (if you enabled it) should take backups of your part.met files. So create a new directory, copy all your part.met files in there. This is your backup of teh corrupt ones. Now delete the corrupt part.met files from the temp directory.
Rename all your part.met.bak to part.met, and reboot emule. I'm pretty sure a decent emule mod or the latest version should do this for you automatically though.
If that fails, your onto manually recovery. Luckily there's this tool to help:
