I'm stuck at 1x for ripping on a 52x cdrom/dvd drive.

What should I change in my settings to get faster ripping times?

very odd, it's probably having problems using your drive. What drive extraction option are you using?

Drive options:
Secure = slower but better
Paranoid = do not use

Under EAC options, I use "Win32 interface for Win NT/2k/XP" under interface.

I think you need to run that wizard at startup again, it sounds like you put something wrong in. I dunno how to get the wizard again, I guess u could install over the top and run :)

However, EAC takes it's time when ripping to ensure quality, 1x is rediculous though :o
