I uninstalled eMule weeks ago because I barely used it anymore. Now I have to use it again. But when i open up eMule, the ED2k arrow is green and the Kad is red. It just continues to say connecting. I believe they both have to be green in order for it to work properly. How do i fix this? I have no firewall running on this program so that wouldn't be the problem.

p.s i recently switched to wireless because of new connections i needed around the place. But i disconnect from wireless and go direct connect when using torrents or for big downloads because I feel it gets done faster. This may also be a problem: switching connections.

EDIT: heh nevermind. They both are green now. Guess it takes awhile

Well, just as a side note, you don't need the Kad connection for emule
to work properly. I think it is only used to help find more sources and other
misc. info about the file. But now that you have both of them green, so
much the better!
