Help PLZ with creating avi previews

I know how to rip the ghoulies, and yes it is painfull LOL But what tool is idiot proof just to make a sample from the finished AVI?

SCrap this shit, figured it out LOL

I must remember to never try to do stuff without my first 8 ciggies and cups of coffee in me LOL

VirtualDub (or VirtualDubMod if you're using MP3 VBR): set selection start and end to a keyframe, check that direct stream copy is enabled and save.

That's the way I always do cutting :0

Home and End keys on your keyboard are short cut for selection start/end
