I have a SanDisk SD card that seems to be corrupted, it freezes the GP2X whenever it is inserted and it doesn't show up in Windows.

When I plug it in (it's the built in USB type) the light comes on dimly for a few seconds and goes off, and it doesn't show up in My Computer.

I'm not too bothered about what's on the disc (apart from some emulator game saves) but I'd like to get it working again if that's possible.

Does anyone know of any software (preferably free) that can fix it, or at least make it readable in Windows? There's a few that recover data but presumably that's useless until my PC can actually see it.

I don't use a reader, the card has USB built in. It goes straight into the PC's USB port.

I was thinking of buying a reader but I'm not sure if it would help, and I don't really need one otherwise.
