you mean via the message system?

You can either filter out the spam messages or you can disable messing altogether (or restrict to just firends).

Under "Security" in options, add the spam keywords to your filter, ie.
Code:
Your client has an infinite queue|Your client is connecting too fast|fastest download speed|zambor2|magno|zambor|FX|DI-emule|Karolina|AUTOMATED MESSAGE|Your client

Each blocked message seperated by |

Thanks for your reply, I have changed it to accept from friends only and the spam has stopped.

I don't like the friends only approach, often people that aren't on my list ask whether i need the priority of files raising or notify me if a file is hard to get.

I've found the best solution is to just bulk up your ignored spam keywords list :)
