Hello, I'm new here, and also new to the horror genre...sorta.
I have been watching a lot of zombie movies lately.

I have been looking for the Stefano Mainetti soundtrack "Zombi 3" for a long time and noticed it was on an old topic

I have eMule and it looks like I can get it.
However, the download status has not moved. I can't get it working.
It wasn't downloading for a long time and still isn't.
I'm I doing something wrong?

Thanks, NewGuy

PS Sorry for posting a random topic.

1. is the download blue?
2. when you look at the bottom right of emule, and it has a little globe... what colour are the arrows?
3. if you go to the servers tab, look at the right of the screen... does it say high id in the box?

1. is the download blue?
- There is a red band under "Progress."

2. when you look at the bottom right of emule, and it has a little globe... what colour are the arrows?
- They are red. (eD2K: Not Connected)

3. if you go to the servers tab, look at the right of the screen... does it say high id in the box?
- Nothing. :(

Under a section "My Info" it says:

eD2K Network
Status: Disconnected

Kad Network
Status: Disconnected

Web Interface
Status: Disabled

Delete the server you have there and in the server tab copy and paste this in
update server.met from url

http://ed2k.2x4u.de/bvz8zqjz/min/server.met

Click update and you will get a load of servers.

Right-click on one of the donkey servers and click connect.
That should do it :beerchug:

A lot has changed because of your help, but it's still not downloading. The red bar under "progress" is now a light blue. The globe on the bottom has a red and a yellow arrow. Did I miss something?

AFAIK red means you're not connected and yellow arrow means there's something wrong like a low id, or firewall trouble or...

I'm guessing the yellow arrow is on the bottom left of the globe?

What firewall are you running? Are you using a router?

yellow means your firewalled.

Have you read the guides at all, there's very brief ones here:
http://www.dead-donkey.com/modules/faq/ ... tion=emule
and detailed ones at:
http://www.emule-project.net

Windows firewall needs turning off, any software firewall needs turning off and your router must be configured to allow communication on port 4662 TCP and 4672UDP.

its probably blocked ports, its nearly always the problem if you've got a consistant yellow arrow on teh little globe thing.

Personally I wouldnt turn off the firewall but it should be easy to port emule through them the same way you will have to through your router.

I tried everthing everyone has said.
Even the website's guides.
And my firewall was off the whole time.
I can't download them.
But, could anyone send the MP3 files to me, if it's possible?
I would really appreciate it. :D
