I'm trying to use Chroma Motion but the option in the script is NoChromaMotion. Do I use <NoChromaMotion>true</NoChromaMotion> or <NoChromaMotion>false</NoChromaMotion>?

I would say the second one: <NoChromaMotion>false</NoChromaMotion>. Because:

NoChromaMotion = False /// Not on both sides
ChromaMotion = True
