My taskmanager looks like this lately:

So I can't see/use the tabs and I can only quit the taskmanager by ending its process, not by rightclicking to exit.

Any ideas howcome this is? And how to fix it?

Try to double click on the gray area (next to the 'Proces beeindigen' button, but not on it)

yeah, you've double clicked the grey area. Its a feature to display the minimal version. Double click to switch between the two views.

Incidentally, Process Explorer will be of interest if you use task manager regularly:

In most cases you can close the active window by pressing [Alt] + [F4]. So click inside it and it's yours.
