Alright,
I click on a server which has the most users/files and lowest possible ping.

When connected, I enter my search, and when the results are displayed I click on an item.

Now, I look at my transfer screen, the sources will just climb and fall, climb and fall, it'll just sit there and not download, even if it's a well distributed file amongst 100 people. I know that I am not behind a firewall, that's not the problem...

So, what the hell am I doing wrong? I'll spend an hour on a file and the most I'll get is 0.5kb complete.

Help!

Love,
Spazz

err, the easiest way to see if your blocked out for some reason(your isp blocks p2p maybe) is to try downloading porn.

there are quite a few other things i will edit in..... couple minutes to type it up......
what version emule or mod of it you use?

did you set your upload/download?
on the offchance you accidently set download to like .5

try going into preferences, connection, use the wizard and set it all to default.

what o/s you have?
you using the windows xp built infirewall?

you some kindof mpaa/riaa worker and your ip is on a blocklist?(hehe, dont mind me im paranoid)

what file you trying to get? some have 100's of sources, but nobody has any of the file, or 100 of the sources are the same person.

what server you on?
