I'm looking for a good and easy to use sub synchronizer. Here's what it should have:

1. It should have a very simple, minimal interface.
2. It should support most sub formats.
3. It should support all codecs (both audio and video).
4. It should adjust the subs automatically after I manually set a few "checkpoints".

Thanks in advance.
