I'm asking this for a friend. He'd pushed alot of buttons and suddenly the top of the task manager is no longer visible. this means he can't switch to see the list of running aplications (meaning all the .exe files, ect) or switch to see the cpu usage. He's tried pushing every button again, but can't get it back. Damn anoying...

Funnily enough, this happened to my emule PC, the top just went one day, It came back too, I didn't push anything, it went away and about 3 months later it came back.
If your friend figures out
a) what he did and
b) how to get it back
I'd be interested.

double click on the grey space (yes that simple, that's why it can come as quite a shock when you do it by accident). its quite neat if you want to hide stuff from unexperienced pc users
I do it on pcs i've setup for my family cos they are retards and i don't want them playing with it.

Computer : $1,300
DVDShrink: $20
The look on your friends face when he realizes how simple it is to hide/show the Task Manager's title bar: Priceless.

I earn a lot of cash from installing ready built PC's, VCR's and DVD players. WTF, I dont care if they pay me 20 quid an hour just to read instructions, altho 99% of the time I do not even do that, just hook them up and then spend half an hour messing around with settings and then later changing them back, HAHA those suckers pay for my ciggies.
