how longs a peice of string... people have hundreds.

For example, I have a 160GB drive for temp files alone.

I've had up to 400 files downloading at once, but the most files I've had including paused ones was about 1400, so I'd say it's pretty much limitless.

well due to hdd space limitations i have only about 30GB for the temp files so can only have between 40-50 files downloading at once, and with about 250 paused atm. my mule never crashes (only windows occasionally!) and is running until i do something that requries a reboot which is usually every 1-2 weeks but sometimes longer

hehe, I just managed to sneak in another 250GB hdd myself

Which is quite amazing since its more than my motherboard can handle, and I have a DVD writer in their too.

1420GB baby! the funniest thing is that's just in one pc, and I only have ~250GB of it left

well i broke the SATA on one of my hdd because it was really shoddy... well you know how cheap hardware is.

They sent me a replacement drive (an evil all black one!) and sent me the original back, which i fixed with a spare sata cable and some super glue :) I doubled checked if i'd be charged and they said no, they send back the bust ones by accident all the time... not exactly a sound business model, but happy customer base :)
