'the watchers' i guess.
made a bunch of movies out of his works, none that i liked. Im not a fan, but some people are. Like who? i dont know, mentally disabled, shoe salesmen, the elderly, the guy who runs naked thru sporting events, high school drama teachers, mexicans and african american lesbian grandmothers.

Generally I like his books, although sometimes he produces really pathetic novels. Hideaway, Dragon Tears, Phantoms, Icebound, Whispers, The Face of Fear and Bad Place belong to his best novels.

I don't recommend any movies based on his books, all of them suck.

i did rather like 'the watchers' book, none of the like 5 movies from them that ive seen were very good.

'phantoms' the movie was 'ok' i guess. I think one of the better movies that are based on a horror writers book. I havent read the book, so i dont know how different it is.

I dont remember the book with the guy who was freakishly lucky, frequently winning the lottery, or showing up at exactly the right time. That book was ok enough. dragon tears, maybe.

seems like koontz and king movie adaptions are as a whole, rather sub par.

yup these are plain txt, doc and microsoft ebook format by the looks (txt, doc and lit respectedly).

I don't think monkeysmasher is around anymore, but emule search came out with a few:
Audio Books - Dean Koontz - Fear Nothing - 12.5 Hours _HORROR_{Search - WHIX}.rar<br /> *audio book!
Koontz.Dean.(osloskop.net).zip<br /> *Large zip, most likely an ebook archive. The osloskop is polish however, but they post a lot of english tagged stuff, so here's hoping.
Koontz_Dean_-_Grom.txt<br />
Koontz, Dean - Strange Highways (Short Stories) (PDB).zip<br />
Koontz_Dean_-_Wizja.txt<br />
Koontz, Dean R - Winter Moon (PDB).zip<br />
KOONTZ, Dean - Sole Survivor (HTML).ZIP<br />
Dean Koontz - The Mask.lit<br />
Dean Koontz - Ticktock.lit<br />

Most of them were in Italian, so don't hold out that they're in English. Maybe MS is around and can repost?

Whatever you wish, normally you just use an ebook reader and read it on your computer. For .lit I use microsoft Reader, I don't know if there's a pc version since I read the stuff on a PDA.

Generally, you can just open them up in any text editor, but it would probably be more preferable to read it with an ebook reader (there's loads out there).

If you don't have a good monitor, might be better to print it out on some scrap paper in low ink mode though.

You have the text in the electronic form. You either print it out, or read it on your screen, or do whatever you wish with it; it's really up to you.
