Today I went to a shop which sells new and used DVDs for incredibly low prices (Mutilation Man for 3 Euros, Zombie Holocaust for 7 Euros). From now on, I'll try to attend them every week, as their collection alters quickly and rare gems might be bought by someone else. Here's a mix of what I bought today in Amsterdam and what I bought recently in my former town Leiden.

Tell me which movies you guys and girls prefer, make a list, post it and I'll rip them in that order:

Backstabbed aka Morkeleg (1996)
Dr. Jekyll’s Mistresses aka El Secreto del Dr. Orloff (1964)
Voodoo Woman (1957)

and a few that I posted before (not new ones):

Voodoo Academy (2000)
Toe Tags (2003)
Creaturealm 2: from the dead (1998)

The IMDb info for Toe Tags is scant, can you elaborate?

Mmm, it used to be an empty page with just the name on it, so this is an improvement  . What do you want to know?

What horror subgenre is it (zombie, slasher etc.)?

Is it one of those cheapo DV semi-professional efforts?

Is it any good, and if so why?

Actually I just found this page: Obscure Horror that makes it sound more like a CSI type thriller.

Haha, that description is very funny! I haven't seen the movie myself yet, but since there was so little to be found (obviously I didn't look well enough, or that page wasn't yet available back then) I thought it might be interesting. That it's a bad movie is not to my surprise.

Well, if people aren't interested in Toe Tags (which I can well imagine by now ;)), maybe some of the others are of their liking.

This is written by danish horror/fantasy writer Dennis Jürgensen, appreciated by the youth in Denmark in the late 80's/early 90's in particular. The movie isn't very good though. If you can find the zombie film "Sidste Time" (Final Hour) in that shop as well, it would be awesome. I'm surprised Mørkeleg is to be found on the foreign DVD market at all!

Well, it's an Extreme release and it looks like I bought it second hand. I also own Dykkerne, which I bought new at Free Record Shop (which is an established CD and DVD shop).

The shop I went to yesterday didn't have Final Hour, but I'll look for it next time.

@Phantasm: I know it's an SBiG movie, but if you have checked my releases, you could have noticed that around 50% of them are
