Since none of the search functions works perfectly (neither on this site, nor the firefox search "plugin", nor the eMule integrated one) I'm asking before ripping. I can't find an AFR of this great movie I have on DVD.

Anyone interested in a Prince Of Darkness AFR? :watchingyou:

/me tries all three searches
No issues with any of them, all return results although they reflected the same outcome; few rips and all 1cds (or half of a dead 2cd)

There are no rips of prince of darkness from 1987, infact there is a single hit for the hammer horror movie:
http://forum.dead-donkey.com/viewtopic.php?t=3654

There are very few rips of the carpenter movie:
ed2k: John.Carpenter's.Prince.Of.Darkness.DVDRip.XviD.avi  [701.88 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: Prince.of.Darkness[1987.Uncut.DVDRip.XviD.696].avi  [700.95 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: Prince.Of.Darkness.(1987).DVDRip.DivX5.CD2-WAF.[sharethefiles.com].avi  [700.84 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: The%20Prince%20Of%20Darkness%20(John%20Carpenter,%201987).avi  [690.66 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: John%20Carpenter%20-%20Prince%20of%20darkness%20[Horror%20-%201987].avi  [690.66 Mb] [Stats]

If no one has posted the movie at all, and most of the emule links are 1cds and well... near death... you might as well go ahead :beerchug:

Fileheaven has the 2cd I found via an emule search, but cd1 appears to be dead:

I could also include the commentary which would than make it no "real" AFR. The commentary is nice and pretty funny sometimes.

I'm not about to patronise you as to what an AFR is, but depending on your compression you should be able to add the commentary to your AFR assuming you go for a 1/3rd or just shrink it from ac3 to mp3 & include it as an extra.
Personally I dont ever bother listening to commentaries. :watchingyou:

I think the vast majority of people are exactly the same, only time i recall doing it on a rip was for a movie i subsequently bought... so it wasn't even needed :googley:

+1 for not including a commentary if you decide to rip it :)

Those Spanish dual rips are usually pretty good releases. I have a few of them.

Same here, as the English stream is usually relegated to mp3.
