Could someone please reshare these two? Or perhaps even find a higher-quality rip of Town That Dreaded Sundown if one such exists?

Not sure about quality. It's XviD with a bitrate of 1117kbit/s which is higher than the bitrate of the one you posted. On the other side it is 5 minutes shorter.

Looks like only one full source and no info on video stream.
