but want to make or add to a collection?

In order to add movies to the STR collection thread I wrote a little macro for excel in order to be able to quickly generate the html needed to add movies without the original .fhc file (which I never had)

It puts the code in a file called output.txt on your C:\ drive (root), it will overwrite any file called output.txt already there WITHOUT warning

It's quick and dirty as it was written for me and me alone, but it's here for you all if any of you want / need it, no criticising the code please ;)

I'd appreciate it if any improvements / modifications that you make (or suggestions for them) could be posted here so I can take advantage of them :lol:

http://rapidshare.com/files/23993962/ad ... n.rar.html

In all honesty, this isn't meant as a replacement for fhc builder and it's more useful to add to existing collections than it is to make them from scratch. One day I might get round to finishing it so it has a gui and is able to to the entire job of creating a collection from scratch.

But it proved useful for me, I hope it helps people in the same situation

*update* Slight performance bugfix and examples left in newly uploaded version and changed link to rapidshare

Oh, I forgot to mention, multiple ed2k links work (e.g. disk 1, disk 2 etc)

Just separate the links with a ;

There's no limit to how many either (except for the limit within an excel cell) and it also supports the extra hash and source type ed2k links

I would put an example up, but it fucks the formatting of the forum up ;)

Upped a new version, different host and fixed a minor performance related bug
