I think it's great Gorie is back but man those are some oddball sized rips. Yes we've all made mistakes rippen here also but every bit of criticism received does nothing but improve how we rip and the quality of them. It is by no means knocking ya at all. It's just how we help each other improve. It's what makes Dead Donkey great
But you can't understand why they're moved to low quality when one rip is 630mb and the other is 622mb both with one pass DivX
The latter should be moved into this section also if you ask me(Raging Sharks). The High Quality Section should be fit all the standards of just that. High quality. Odd ball filesizes=oddball resolutions=low bits/pixel=low bitrates etc. At least post specs from G-Spot so we can see the resolution used, bits/pixel, bitrate. The High quality section is only fit for the rips that deserve to be there.

That right there is why this should be in LQ.If you can't take critisism then get out of the game. If you feel you don't want to post here anymore?Fine...so be it....It really isn't going to hurt anybody.Drop your attitude and your ego...either that or don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out...THIS PLACE IS NOT CM'S.We don't tolerate crap like this and is why all our members get along. This is going in LQ....don't like it?Well that is your issue not ours...It is only fair to the past releasers that actually have read the rules of the site and comprehend what they mean to put this in LQ since that is the standard for the site if it is 1 pass.I would say at this place.....Quality is much more prefered over quantity. |
That says it all right there. Especially in the last paragraph -->
"It is only fair to the past releasers that actually have read the rules of the site and comprehend what they mean to put this in LQ". If there's one slight bit wrong with our rips they get moved into this section no exceptions. It's not to be considered a slag on the ripper. Just the standards that have been set out by this forum to ensure the best quality rips possible.
