Still no sources.
Anyway. I have the German DVD that is widescreen. If you want I could rip it for you. The only problem is that it has only German audio. Someone would have to give me the English audio first.

German dubs are a big no-no on here. 
I could get hold of the R2 4:3 version for a re-rip if there's enough demand.
