REVIEW
In the opening, it begins like a "classic horror", because there is "tragedy" (read that: blood). When Christina Ricci's character, Cassie, comes on the scene, there is the mystery of Who She Is - she doesn't know, no one knows. Although the character didn't really seem to have much depth, at least in the beginning, I didn't see that as as major drawback. How can someone with amnesia be deep?

Then the rest of the story unfolds: the uncovering of a major historical find with religious connections and sinister spiritual overtones. The appearance of people that Cassie believes may be following her or are at least Up To No Good, the visions that she has - all gruesome or violent, the child who won't speak but who seems to share her visions and growing panic, the church's establishment of what seems to be verifiable supernatural occurences throughout history related to the historical find and the people that Cassie sees. And the always-nagging question - Who Is She? and What Is About To Happen?

Seriously, english movies -->whatever language subs, i've seen some arabic films, but I can't speak a word of it.

Sorry, but I don't think this site is that interesting for non-english speakers. How many english movies with non english subs are here? And download an english movie here and hope to find fitting subs somewhere else? Unlikely.

i visit french, german, etc sites and get subs seperately quite a lot, i don't think it should be very different for lots of other users. Might be just me.

I was also meaning people who really can't speak english too cracking either, not just can't speak it at all.

Maybe, maybe not. But don't forget, you are looking for english subs. These are comparatively easy to find. Actually in all movies with subs I have, all these subs are in english. And I doubt that I'd be able to find geman subs for even a small amount of the english movies I have. If I wasn't able to enjoy them without subs (except perhaps for aberrations like Dog Soldiers ;-)

Hi,this is what i do,search here for english movies and find the subs somewhere else,and i know many other that do the same,this is a good place to find horror movies, i search here almost every day, and i'm not english speaker ,so there you have the answer,yes,many non english speakers visit this site.

Probally i will not post many messages,i cant write good english.

hey leolo. you're way too modest. your english is very good, at least I had no problems understanding what you said like a certain other member who's made more that 1000 posts all indecypherable! in other words: bad english should not be a reason for you not to post here.

a very good thing about this board is that people here aren't all hooked on grammar and/or finding typos. I don't bother using a spell-checker on every post I make and hate it if anyone reply to something I've written, not commenting on the contents but only flaming the bad grammar.

I don't know how many of the active users here have english as their native language, but there's a fair share that don't.

SYNOPSIS

damn, did a preview of this and it's damn good. alot of the best are there and also included is alot of 'behind the scenes' footage from preparing and stuff like that. man I want that last segment! Might visit The Gathering 2004 myself too if I can find out where and when the hell it's held!
