Both are fake. White Noise was verified as a fake at FH, and Seed of Chucky doesn't have a DVDrip (although a FS DVDscr was released recently). Check vcdquality.com and nforce.nl for stuff like this. If you ever see anything that looks new with a Shareconnector tag, it's fake. They were shut down three months ago.
Also, because of the odd sizes of these rips, there'd be a shitload of whining and you'd hear something about it.
