Is this version uncut or cut? Oh and btw. what's the link to that great dvd website where you can check if a dvd is cut or not ? (so that i don't have to ask every single time  )

Has any other versions of this been verified...? Would be nice with a 700MB rip instead of 600 one :wacky:

I think its the third one that u need to worry about its cut status, the first is available uncut in most places now... it isn't that bad a film so cuts were unwarranted and as a response to the media attention. The third one however, I think that saphire rip is cut isn't it or maybe it wasn't. I can remember a big discussion but I've submitted that one as uncut. I know it was notorious and has two different endings depending on which cut.

edit: nevermind, saphire is uncut :)

This is simply put, the best sequel in the series (although of course, and sadly, no where near as good as the original) and well worth owning if you are a chainsaw fan. Although not perfect, it doesn't fall into the same trap as the second and rely on lacklustre 'scares', but pumps up the blood and gore to get its effect. Whilst not the goriest film ever, it undeservedly got censored and a sub-standard crappy r-rated version was released. If you have seen that, wipe it from your mind and grab this version!

Great. Finally I ve seen the third Part of the TCM Movies uncut. Great thing. But there is one little question:

Some years ago I watched a b/w workprint of this movie. That was a real crappy quality, but the movie was cut completly differnt, even another ending was shown. Does anyone know something about this cut?

Seem to remember in issue 3 of Chas Balun's DEEP RED magazine Tom Savini mentioned when interviewed that the blame lay squarely on the shoulders of CANNON. He also said that in total around 30 or 40% of the gore fx for TCM2 were removed

when did you download it? Recently? Files get messed up when they get passed around, sometimes.
