HHAH doesn't have a tracker. Are you talking about Zaerc's Tracker 3?

Yeah, it's down for me too. It has short downtimes from time to time, it should be back up soon.

sucks though because its been down for like 2 days now and i have not yet been able to download a movie from this site with bittorrent.

zearc has no affiliation with this site, the requirement for the torrent section is merely to use an open tracker, although zearc proves the most popular. I'm sure it will come back
