should the case occur, it's normally due to lycos or internet explorer (normally the latter). I used to notice from some servers IE refused to refresh downloads, and to solve this you have to clear out your temp. internet files and let it download everything again.
Whilst these boards are on lycos though, it's out of my hands if they mess up the server
