I still get the following error sometimes when pressing the "Preview" button for creating/editing posts: "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again."

I did the following things:
1. Clicked "quote" on Slayer's last post in this topic
2. Hit the "Preview" button -> no error message
3. Hit the "Preview" button -> ERROR
4. Hit the "Preview" button -> ERROR
5. Hit the "Preview" button -> no error message

Dunno what the problem is, because it seems to happen randomly.

Edit: I also experience the same behavior when I press the "Preview" which is located at the bottom of each topic (quick reply functionality).

PS: I never had the error when pressing "Submit". Only the "Preview" button seems to cause problems.

I have hit preview and turned on autoreload every 1 second for over 300 reloads and did not see this once. I did this a fair few times manually in IE7 and also in Opera which i downloaded. Just doesn't do that... Could I ask you to clear your cache and make sure you are not blocking javascripts or any other requests and see if you still get it?

edit: although i do recall seeing that message when i was using an old, old template file... could you try clearing your cache?

Sure. I checked my browser settings: JavaScript is enabled and I can't see anything extraordinary. I cleared the Cache too, but the problem still persists. You can check it on the following screenshot: Submit Error Screenshot.
I can live with it. It's not that big of a burden.

Is this normal?
Used search rather than site search here: Image

It reported an error Here: Image

Also I cant log back in on firefox on this PC again. Logs in & logs me back out yet shows me logged in in users online list.
Flushed DNS as described & checked host files had those entries removed. Logged in via IE7 fine.

I'll let you know when they start coming. I've looked in profile & the correct email addy is still in there.

That looks similar to the kind of mail I used to receive. :D

is anyone else not getting mails?

hotmail are known to actively censor incoming and even outgoing mails, many sites block registration with these addresses because of this. I hope its not this, but if it is, you might want to escalate this to hotmail and ask them to unblock. That's if they are blocking.

My mails are going to gmail.com, and were actually in the spam box.... definitely sent though :)

hotmail block ips... new server = new ip
http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=hotmai ... =firefox-a

I really don't understand why people even use hotmail... do they still delete accounts if you don't log in every month? That had to be the most retarded thing they ever came up with
