Not sure if this is the proper place to ask this question, but here goes, can someone obtain your IP address through using eMule?
Any help would be much appreciated.

if they can pick you out of connections to their own ip, then maybe. not featured in the program, like torrents do.

Yes it is possible. Most mods don't support this feature.

If you're reading this, I know your ip :shadey:

If you don't want people to know your ip. Don't get on the internet.

Yes, even in anonymous systems your ip is known to someone. It is impossible to completely hide your ip. For example, say you use a VPN; in the vpn logs it will hold your ip. If you use an anonymous system, all it means is data is transferred through another peer, so that peer will know your ip.

In emule, when someone searches for something on emule, your ip is sent along with a hash. If you have the file you are exchanged as a source, and if you start a transfer they can see your ip. Most 'anti-piracy' groups blindly do searches but there's very little fact/science behind their claims.
