First off, I gotta say I really enjoy this forum! And thanks for all the good work you guys do here.

I do have just a couple of suggestions.

1. There currently is no link from the forum page back to the main site page (or none that I know of). Clicking on the banner at the top of every forum page which says "www.dead-donkey.com Horror Has A Home" takes you back to the forum home page. But you can already get to the forum home page by clicking "www.dead-donkey.com Forum Index" just below that. Can you change it so clicking the banner above it will take you to the main site home page?

2. On the forum index page, in the "last post" column, can you also put the name of the thread that was replied to, along with the username and timestamp which are currently shown there?

edit: are you using subSilver? Yes your right in that case. I put subSilver up by request from someone. it hasn't been altered in anyway for about a year when the site was hosted on a different sever (lycos to be exact). I replaced it with smartDark (which is the same as the frontpage theme), but there were no light themes.

You can change themes in your profile I will fix the link on smart dark.

2) yes, I should be able to if you so wish. Problem would be though, if the topic they reply to has a really long name, then it will have to be truncated so I'm not sure how useful it will be.

The banner takes you to the main site page.

1) At first when I read your reply I was thinking "subsilver, what's that?" but I know what you mean now... Yes, I switched my theme to silver several months ago and forgot that the default was the dark theme... anyhow, it looks like the banner links back to the home page now on th esilver theme, so thanks!!!

2) I looked back at another forum that I frequent that puts the subject line in the last post column... It looks like they truncate after the first 25 characters and add "..." to the end if it's a long subject line... But it looks like most subject lines are shorter than that... Personally I've found this to be a really useful feature.
