Merry christmas, horror fellows!

I'm finally getting a decent connection, but I'm running out of diskspace.Obviously this is a bad combination, so now I'm buying an external harddrive. But I'm really a noob when it comes to hardware, I know nothing. I'm thinking of buying this one: http://www.cluboc.net/reviews/hard_driv ... _external/

What do you think? Do you have any better suggestions?

Is there a reason why you need an external drive?

They're MUCH slower than internal drives and IMHO internal drives are just as easy to fit.

If you need an external drive, then it looks like a good choice :)

What you want to do is buy a normal internal hdd, and if you absolutely have to get an external one, buy an enclosure for it (you can also then swap out the disks from the enclosures). They normally cost around ?10-30 depending on the type.

Personally i do not rate the quality or speed of external hdd at all, certainly not for using as an emule temp drive... they simply aren't designed for that kind of use.
