I'd like to run my own mailserver, can anyone recommend one?

The smaller the footprint the better as it's going to sit on my emule machine

I have no experience of it, as never needed to run an email server but i know this one by reputation and people I know use it.

MAILGATE

Not sure it is light enough but check their website and read up, there should be an emule/BT link for it.

In the meantime I've installed Argosoft Mail server and it works fine (despite having a HORRIBLE interface).

I need to take a look at a couple of other and I'll add Mailgate to the list

You never know, I might need to set up a mail server in the future
