Can anyone advise me on a good program to use for writing subtitles srt files. Am completely new to it so any advice or names of programs to use would be helpful. |

you write down the script in notepad, then you load it in aegisub (or other softw of your choice, but I like aegisub best), load in your film & its audio, & start timing your script to the movie/audio.When you're done, you can use the softw to typeset it as well, should you want that. ps: its not something you learn in an hour |
