I use Auto GK and it works great for me. Really cant tell the difference between it and GK. GK has way to many steps for my simple mind :P

I'd recommend real Gknot, you can tell the difference ;)

You have full control over cropping, filtering, and get previews. It essentially puts you through the process step by step so you can fix the mistakes of an automated process, and a lot of times there'll be errors particularly with one clip apps.

Dont use Gknot until you know AutoGK enough to be bothered what it doesn't do. Otherwise its fine for your self. Just follow a few rules about resolutions and filesizes and know AutoGKs extended features. Its really simple. Also you will need DVDecryptor to rip the discs.
