Anyone offer some advise on the following requirements?

Requirements for a NAS:
* hot swap bays, preferably without the need for a caddy/carrier
* ability to raid at least 3 drives but also use ~ 2 others as non-raid (for hot swapping)
* gigabit interface
* apache server, mysql, php + modules
* svn

I want it to be as small and as quiet as possible, obviously i could build a pc up and i'm find with that but I would love some suggestions/options on doing this.

If i was building my own, I'd probably want something water cooled or very quiet, and probably a small box rather than a desktop or server tower which i normally opt for. I want to raid 5 three of my drives and have the other for purely hot swap. I'm also open to any suggestions on OS, but it would have to be something that automatically allows me to eject hotswap drives with no fuss and also supports raid.

In terms of a commercial nas that supports some of this:

It meets some of the requirements; its weak on the apache/software front as far as i read, it only supports svn serve rather than apache for svn and i don't think it has a good webserver in there.
I also don't know if it can do the 3x raid, 2x hotswap, but i'd hope it would.
Its also got esata and gigabit switch in there.

Advice welcome! if you got links to bits of hardware or what you'd personally do, please do post :thumbd:
