I'm looking for a program that can record what I'm watching (full screen preferably), which isnt a film but some visualization that plays along with music. I've found some stuff to do it but they only work on Linux.
Can anybody help with a name of something that is capable of doing this please?
Thanks

There's a piece of software that will record your desktop using vnc and output a flash or an avi file. You can then use a flash and/or avi file muxer to stick in your audio channel.

I have vnc on all of my machines anyway, its a great remote control/admin tool.

Definately go for fraps. you can download it for free from their websight (http://www.fraps.com) but you can only record 30 seconds, and theres a big FRAPS in the middle. You can pay for the full version, but thats thirty dollars wasted. or you can torrent it :)
