Can anyone tell me where I can open port on this router?
If I download only through speedtouch modem/router, I get a highID, but once I connect SNB5600, I get a lowID. I have tried to read and read, but not found out anything. Also tried downloading Pfconfig, but all password is blacklisted.

Can anyone help??

You need to enable port forwarding on your router.

I'm sure he knows that

It's not the same model but give TRY THIS AND THIS

Though sounds like a classic case of some annoying built in firewall to me.

Pconfig only works for <a href="https://portforward.com/store/pfcsup.cgi">supported models </a>

I have already check them both. I think the problem is that there are a conflict between speedtouch modem/router and SNB5600.

Is SNB5600 a USB wireless base or what? The problem is you can't enter the router? You should be able to contact the manufacturer and ask them wtf.
