We've replaced a lot of macbooks at work due to problems with batteries and overheating, they use T61s for the windows machines but I don't like those that much either. However, the build quality is far better as is the keyboard which is kind of important for a laptop.

Seriously $5000 for w700ds, who has that kind of money? I just find it a hilarious concept to have to screens on a laptop, I want one :lol:

I've looked at the atoms, but I'm always put off by the fact that... well they are really underpowered! :lol:

Mini notebooks are too small for me. What I would like to see is something between the 15.4" and 9" displays. MSI offers some of them, but they are not cheap enough. :roll:

$300 ain't cheap enough?

I just can't stand having to haul that big ass notebook of mine on my back along with the rest of my textbooks. I don't understand why notebook manufacturers insist on making the most heaviest hunk of shit they can put on the market. Its 2009, notebooks aren't supposed to feel like a stack of textbooks.
