I always get high CPU usage with blackhand mod. I'm trying it now. CPU: 32% Mem: 48120K, Up 15.7K (a little low) down: 44.6 (a little low too).

Have only just fired it up though. I like lots of the features, especially using categories and filtering what files to display/uploads/downloads/etc.

LOL you should count yourself lucky : Cpu 13-50 (!) mem ~162Mb (!) 21.4 up (a touch low) 61-110 down pretty good :)

I'm wondering how your mem usage is so low?? My emule's always use lots of memory.

memory is of no concern I have a gb of it (PC3200) anyways, I just think that the cpu usage is rediculous... it barely has any features that should warrant that CPU usage

I have NO PROBLEMS at ALL.
/yet it bitches at me that I should upgrade my P2-450.=)

Works Great, CPU usage is at 5% and only uses 25MB of Ram.

Only question I have.

How do you keep the "Startup Check for Newer Version" unchecked.

I uncheck it, but then I restart emule, and it's checked again.

SHould also say this is the BEST Version Of BH that I have EVER used.!

Have been at a constant 60k from 5 minutes of running it for the first time.=)

Also, can someone explain what "Hide Overshares Value" does?
/when right clicking a file in the shared.

And what is that shit when you double click on one also.?

Not sure If I should have 1:4 ratio or 1:3 ratio.

I think Hide Overshares hides a chunk once it has been uploaded a set number of times, so that chunk is effectively no longer shared.

Yep, but once the other parts have been downloaded a few times it's shared again.. I guess this is a counterattack to battle first/last chunk downloads...

Working great for me still, not one single crash and memory usage is not an issue for me, have 768 meg of the stuff. CPU is around 1% almost constant, so no issue there either, love this version. :stop:

I have no problems either, using v6 G7, it activates AthlonXP optimizer on the start and everything runs smoothly. Just installed this version, so I'll have to wait a few days with a final evaluation, but the speed is rocketing.

...and back on TBH4, which is the best mod for me. Still much faster than TBH6, which has its moments, but also seems to have problems with handling more than 8 downloads at the same time, just as the previous version.

I have 13 going at 2.5k each.

Works for me.

I do have a P2-450, and it says at beginning that P2 isn't supported, get a new CPU.

But it runs fine.
