Thought I would start a new thread so we can all list the progs we know/use for skinning etc The ones I know are these:-
http://www.tgtsoft.com great little app here.

Also http://www.windowblids.net altho this one seems a little "bloated" to me and the skins aint so nice.

http://www.geoshell.com from spud, altho this one is very hard for me to get used to, guess I like the familiar too much.

All of you guys list any more you know, I need to fiddle with my XP on a constant basis or I get very BORED, AND YOU WON'T LIKE ME WHEN i AM BORED!!!!!

I am not a fan of windowsblinds, very bloated. StyleXP is the app you need:
http://www.customize.org/list/stylexp
You can turn off all use of system resources after applying.

Shells
There's a link to the hacked version of talisman on the front page of SR i think (i'll look for the ed2k link later).

Then there are downloadable skins for that here:

Style XP is pretty good, just a shame most of the skins give me seizures LOL Talisman sounds familiar, have to have a look when I get back from Tesco's.

yeah, it's really strange how time seams to fly by when you're bored, but go very slow when you're having fun.

there are only a few games that do that to me, firstly is Age of Empires 2 (still one of the best pc games), next is practically every nintendo games, and then lastly adventure games (or at least the good ones).

Everything else i have a decent grip on reality whilst playing and don't go over board (then again, i've been dissapointed with a lot of games so haven't really got into them).

I guess the game I've spent most hours playing is still the original Civiliztions. damn, that game had replay value!!!

UFO: Enemy Unknow - was also very adictive.

hehe
when i first started playing videogames on a computer i played doom 2 from start to finish in like 30 hours straight thru. i got right to the last level, and couldnt get to that dudes head on a stick.
i didnt use the cheat codes.

i'd close my eyes when i quit, and i could still see the imagines burned into my retinas. man, that was wierd.

same with 'silent hill' part 1. played that one straight thru in like 20 some hours.

i dont like doing things half way.
