Just saw this one yesterday at the world premiere in Brussels. It's the new movie by Andrew Parkinson who directed the amazing I Zombie a Chronicle of Pain and Dead Creatures. The Ken Loach of horror movies in a way.
Well, just wanted you guys to know that Venus Drowning is simply great. Weird from beginning to end, very early-Cronenberg like but with a less clinical treatement. Great direction, unpretentious cast.
And the director's quite an nice guy, especially after we had a couple of beers after the screening
I think the movie still has no distributor but be sure you get a chance to see this one if it ever reaches the big screens.
