Well if i had to think of a scene with someone burning up and a famouse bar scene, it would be Near Dark. It looks like something like Near Dark but from the shittiest rip known to man. AR, colour, etc. are all really far off what they should be.
Can you take a picture that looks like an actual movie and not a negative you've held over a bunsen burner, smeared with vaseline and then rubbed against your genitals for 40mins?
You know, something that looks like a screenshot from a movie. No film on earth should look that crappy If your dvd looks like that you've got screwed!
The screenshots are way of colour, brightness and AR

It could be PowerDVD, it saturates and brightens the hell out of colors while usually displaying the wrong AR by default
