It was about people who go to an Island to find out that everyone was dead besides 1 girl in a barrel who was blind but could smell the maniac.

As a maniac slowly killed them.


Also, what are the times of playtime is the scene where the maniac eats the fetus?

It's from the German Astro DVD. Yes it's Uncut, and I've muxed the english soundtrack.
